Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
